ABOUT NAJWA MARGARET SAAD

Currently, I am associated with the New Weiming Law Group - a boutique immigration firm that specializes in preparing immigration petitions for scientists from around the world who seek permanent residency in the U.S. We review their research and collaborate to define and build their evidence to convey notable scientific achievements in comprehensive petition documents. Despite a challenging immigration environment and increasingly tough criteria, many of my highly-talented clients have been accepted and will now continue their research and contributions in the medical and biological sciences, information technology, engineering and beyond, here in the United States, for the benefit of the American people and the wider world. My previous career reflects diverse experiences using skills in marketing, sales management, writing, communications and networking, with both start-ups and established organizations. My favorite experiences were in telecom: Working with now-Senator Mark Warner\'s start-up venture, I had a bird\'s-eye view to the fast-moving world of FCC mobile phone license lotteries & partial share trading. I hired and managed the one stop shop marketing/sales/operations team to pursue and cultivate licensees for historic multi-million dollar brokerage deals to major carriers. That venture contributed to build the ubiquitous cellular networks we can\'t live without today. Then, at Sprint International, I managed a $30 million dollar global consumer sales team team with full P&L responsibility. We planned, launched, marketed and sold global communications services in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, India, the Middle East and Russia. What a wild and wonderful ride! Writing has always been a natural draw. The U.S. Department of State and the Arab Weekly-an English paper published in London and Dubai have published dozens of my articles on government and cultural affairs. I also launched and managed a ticketed monthly dinner/discussion salon over 5 years featuring distinguished expert speakers across diverse topics - from philosophy, to the arts, the mysteries of the universe and campaign finance. I\'m an avid reader and news junkie with an insatiable curiosity. Connecting with people comes easily and the best is invariably introducing them to one another. Beyond work, I\'m a Zumba & Yoga enthusiast and enjoy floral and collaging arts. Volunteering is always important too. It\'s a gift to help others, to continuously learn and to meet great people along the way. N••••@nmsenterprises.com
