With over 20 years of casualty claims experience in the insurance industry, I learned how to handle many complex litigation claims. At the same time, I was able to teach and mentor many others so that they were able to have similar success. As a result of the hard work and dedication in the insurance industry, I was able to utilize that experience in the healthcare industry in the field of risk management. This dedication created further opportunity as a Professor at Fanshawe College where I was able to pass along my experiences, expertise and knowledge to those wanting to enter the Insurance and Risk Management Industries.
