ABOUT NAJMA SHANLE
I oversee and facilitate projects dedicate to and deliver high-quality learning and development programs for BIPOC communities. My responsibilities include orchestrating events, developing comprehensive project plans, and creating tailored projects to different audiences. Collaborating closely with Project Directors, I ensure seamless assistance and training delivery while utilizing common Project Management tools and processes to track project progress and manage evaluations and debriefs. In addition to my role at OurHope, as operation manager, I\'m cofounder of Lunar Design House a digital marketing and influencer management agency. I lead a team of three to grow the agency by managing project deadlines and communicating between brands and the internal team. I also have a strong background in HR, having worked as a Program Support Manager at Amazon and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sea-Bird Electronics.
