The project is a key objective in the Bahraini government’s vision through the 4th National Telecom Plan which will result in splitting the biggest telecom company in Bahrain “Batelco” into two independent entities, Wholesale (BNET) and Retail (Batelco). The inception of BNET required digital transformation of all technological solutions. Responsibilities- Evaluating IT solutions and SIs technically and commercially, and selecting the right vendors- Defining and progressively managing the scope goals, and deliverables in collaboration with all stakeholders- Identifying and engaging stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to handover- Initiating, planning and managing the delivery of the following Solutions: SAP S4 HANA 1909 on AWS, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and Mobileum RAID Revenue Assurance- Planning the integrations of SAP S4 HANA with other solutions including BSS, OSS, Field force, Revenue Assurance and 3PL- Manage and monitor the overall projects schedules, cost and variances from budgets and prepare monthly cost to complete and progress reports for higher management and clients- Identifying and analyzing project risks, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and critical path- Measuring progress against project metrics and ensure it meets all delivery and operational KPIs- Ensuring all contracted services are being delivered to the approved service model for service support- Develop and maintain effective relationships and communication channels with partners, consultants, community stakeholders, and government authorities- Leading and supporting a number of complex and cross-functional project teams across multiple countries and time zones - Deploying comprehensive governance, project management and reporting tools that support the project team and business in effective selection, prioritization, monitoring and control of projects in line with SAP\'s best practice standards.
