ABOUT NAJLAA HABRIRI

As Senior International Affairs Editor at Asharq Al-Awsat, I bring a decade of experience covering global geopolitics and international economics. My reporting spans major events from the war in Ukraine, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Mediterranean migration crisis to G20 summits and Davos forums, providing comprehensive insights into the forces shaping our world.Holding an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics, I\'ve contributed to both the Business and Politics departments at Asharq Al-Awsat, where I launched the publication\'s first Morning Brief Newsletter. Throughout my career, I\'ve interviewed world-leading decision-makers, including White House Advisors, Foreign and Economy Ministers, and UN Representatives. I also regularly provide live on-air analysis for networks such as BBC Arabic, Al-Arabiya, and France 24.Recently, I\'ve expanded my skill set by completing the LSE Data Analytics Career Accelerator, gaining proficiency in Python programming, statistical analysis, and data visualization. These new capabilities enhance my ability to uncover and present factual, data-driven stories, adding depth to my reporting on complex global issues.
