Initiating the project with the scopes and guidelines provided by the client to the users and providing training for the complex situations to handle and streamlining the process and helping to improve the production count in a day-to-day manner.• Involved in the Capability Enhancement Team and trained a New Fresher’s batch to involve in Medical Coding.• Handling of specific project(s) in the Quality aspect and providing the solutions for the complex scenarios, clarifying the doubts for the difficult and dilemma conditions and assuring the process is not getting deviated and also analyzing of the CTQs and takes action based on the critical cause and following the same whether, the protocol adheres to the minimize the defects.• In addition to those, providing training, KT on the new scenarios and guidelines, accomplishing the ad-hoc tasks which includes the root cause analysis and speculation and difficulties faced by them in terms of quality and provides a proper solution to make the production in the streamlined way without any hindrance.• Analyzing the Quality aspects with six sigma strategies like Pareto, Root cause analysis, Fish Bone and identifying the root cause and with that categorizing the root cause as knowledge gap and refreshers and providing trainings and stabilizing the quality to 96% and above.• Handling of AI involves processes like Natural Language Processing (NLP) and comparing the actual medical record and the NLP capturing the conditions and streamlining that along with the help of tools like MS Excel and Power BI for visualization purposes.
