Transformed AARP’s Information Technology Services department while reducing labor costs by 21%:Co-lead for AARP’s Digital Business Platform Transformation (DBPT) effort. This was a CEO-sponsored growth initiative to implement improved consumer digital experiences. Results include a 50% adoption of new digital memberships and real-time predictive models to personalize individual consumer experiences across the web, mobile app, and call centers.
