More than 13 years of Analog and Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFIC) design experience with an excellent published track record. Tapeout experience in various CMOS/FDSOI technology nodes all the way down to 22nm-FDSOI. Hands-on block-level design of various RF & Analog blocks such as LNA, VGA, Mixer, Phase shifters, Frequency Divider, Filters, attenuators, Bandgap/PTAT/Constant-gm references, Voltage level shifters, Opamp, Current trimming circuits. Delivering high quality RF/Analog blocks with leading edge performance using innovative architectures and circuit implementations. Working closely with the layout team on IP floor-planning, trial layout design, parasitic extraction, and modifications. Documenting, presenting own work and participating in design reviews, as well as providing guidance to junior design engineers.
