Conduct individual skills sessions using CBT, ACT, Cognitive Process Therapy (Trauma), and strength-based frameworks to support clients in reducing symptoms and improving functioning. Co-facilitate engaging psychoeducational and process-oriented groups on topics including anxiety, depression, substance use, codependence, CBT skills, emotional regulation, anger and acceptance, and embracing imperfection. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to coordinate client care and contribute clinical observations. Complete comprehensive documentation including progress notes and group notes in a timely and accurate manner.
