Develop and implement strategic alumni outreach plan and activities, with relevant budgeting, for NYU Silver by executing an active program of cultivation and special events, including overseeing all event logistics and communications in consultation with the Dean’s Executive Team. Develop and maintain systems to track participation in these programs and their impact on the School’s fundraising results.Partner with NYU Silver’s Development team to cultivate alumni partners and fundraisers. Participate in the NYU Annual Fund team to ensure alumni engagement strategy supports development goals and initiatives.Act as the School’s liaison with UDAR staff and the NYU Alumni Association. Consult with AVP for Alumni Relation to develop and implement student outreach strategies to engage graduate and undergraduate students from initial matriculation through graduation. Conduct events for NYU Silver students to cultivate a lifelong relationship with the School and University NYU. Promote an active calendar of Recent Alumni Network activities and support Young Alumni Leadership Circle events. Bring alumni, faculty, administrators and students together to foster comprehensive engagement for all alumni constituencies. Identify and plan to best meet alumni needs, achieve student and development goals, and cultivate membership engagement. Recruit, train and manage a cohort of alumni volunteer leaders who will act as NYU Silver ambassadors and assist in building alumni engagement strategies for the School.Develop alumni communication strategy, in collaboration with the NYU Silver Director of Strategic Communications, to effectively amplify alumni programs and services. Contribute School content and meet deadlines for alumni e-newsletter, NYU Alumni magazine, and the NYU Silver website and social media channels. Monitor web content to ensure it is updated and relevant. Track usage and create content to match user interest.
