At Amdocs, I’ve worked end-to-end across payment infrastructure: deploying ML models that 3× capture rates, architecting microservices that process billions of events with 99.9% uptime, and leading RCA efforts to improve reliability. From building data pipelines to experimenting with GenAI, I take ownership from first commit to production release.
