ABOUT NAISON CHAPARADZA

I have 23 years of Health and Social Care experience from operational, commissioning, assessment, Academic and regulatory levels. As a versatile professional I have worked across the sector, from Statutory Adult Social Care, Children Service and mental health services. I would like to say over the last few years I have developed into a first class health and social care regulator (that\'s not blowing my own trumpet). I have recently carried the first very first \'CQC style\' Adult Social Care Inspection in the Isle of Man as part of a regulatory transformation for the Department of Health and Social Care (IOM).2025 - Collaborated with United Nations Human Rights Commission and Saudi Arabia Human Rights Commission to design and deliver a Human Rights based Social Care Regulatory Inspection Framework. Designed & delivered social care inspection framework training to Human Rights inspectors collaborating with a UK based leading Children\'s Services Consultant, Saudi Arabia Human Rights Commission and Geneva based UNHRC Human Rights specialists. Sharing and introducing best practice guidance in Regulatory Frameworks.
