   Lead process improvement projects to integrate HSE processes with IT tools and accountable for planning, deployment, training and adoption of HSE Systems within the function. • Lead the HSE Data Management team to build, deliver and maintain Power BI reports for Site, Regional and Global HSE performance overview. • Lead the global HSE Risk Management transformation effort to replace individual risk template across 350 locations to a single global reporting system. • Leads multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project; works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; designs project plan, develops timeline, identifies project milestones, and tracks performance against performance goals and timeline. • Liaise with HSE leaders across the business to ensure execution of IT projects is aligned with the priorities of the business and functional strategies • Plans and monitors project budget, conducts research and analysis; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines. • Manages project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risk; works with others on the team and outside the team to identify alternatives or solutions. • Lead HSEIT training strategy in conjunction with the HSEMS manager including creation, delivery and scheduling of training. • Manage functional communications and HSE stakeholder teams (HSE Management System Team, Super Users, etc) to promote alignment, change management and continual improvement. • Function as the primary point of contact for IT and HSE functional leaders for day to day operational issues. • Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on other project team experiences to enhance the success of the project.
