My responsibilities at work include ensuring a high degree of quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirement. To execute test cases (automated and manual) and test plans across multiple platforms, participate in project planning, task assignment and prioritization, resource allocation, and requirements review. Communicate plans, status, issues and risks to management and stakeholders; escalate and prioritise as necessary. Analyse data to determine root cause and perform impact assessment. Coordinate the activities of, and provide direction to, local and remote test resources. I’ve worked at Concentrix as a Senior Quality Analyst where I would handle various teams, administer their Internal Quality Audits and assess results to inform retributive action measures. Share Feedback, Coach and Mentor the team, Conduct Compliance Checks, Prepare RCA and TNI, Overall Implementation, Planning and undertake process improvement projects to help Operations meet and exceed quality standards.
