DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Daily reports to Project Director / General Manager • Planning of day by day work as per the schedule. • Responsible for the project inspection and supervision for implementation as per contract and specifications. • Check and control the quality and quantity of work. • Ensure the smooth flow of the work by better relations with other departments. • Responsible for the supervision of the actual work on the plan details with good quality of outcome. • Ensure the proper materials handling, avoid wastages by selection of suitable materials and equipments for each job. • Arrange the materials tools and equipments at the correct time and place. • Responsible for proper documentation of the proposed project ( such as material & shop drawing submittal & take, approval from Leading consultants. • Attend the site co ordination meeting independently. • Prepare the project programme schedule for installation • Prepare the procurement schedule and follow with supplier for material • Prepare the project progress report and submitted weekly / monthly • MEP co- ordination and I D co ordination works to be carried out • Project execution work can carried out independently. • Being Knowledge to Prepare Project construction Plan,installation programme,T&C schedule can prepare and submit for client. • Project close out procedure can manage independently • Project warranty period ( D L P )maintenance work can do independently.
