I am an enthusiastic MBA (HR) student currently in my second year, passionate about exploring the dynamic world of Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and Talent Management. I have gained practical exposure through internships at The Souled Store (Retail Sales Intern) and currently at Junomoneta Finsol Pvt. Ltd. as a Summer Intern.At Junomoneta, I am actively working on strategic HR projects including: Role and Talent Mapping – Studying internal HR structures, support functions, and competitor benchmarking to align talent with business goals.
