It was a remarkable journey as I successfully led the company\'s transition to Oracle\'s HCM Cloud platform. This transformation marked a significant milestone in enhancing HR operations and leveraging the power of cloud technology.• In addition to the Cloud transformation, I took the initiative to align all 20 banners within Albertsons\' operating model. This involved establishing a unified approach, which I fondly refer to as the \"one best way.\" By streamlining these processes and aligning the operations, I aimed to provide a consistent and improved experience for the extensive workforce of employees.In My Spare Time:• I am deeply passionate about making a positive impact in the community. I dedicate many hours and weekends to working on causes aimed at alleviating poverty and supporting the unhoused population in their basic needs for shelter and food. I believe in the importance of giving back and lending a helping hand to those in need.• As an avid motorsports fan, I often find joy in taking my sports car to the racetracks during weekends.
