With over 80 stores in Italy, G&C sources from India through offices in Tirupur, Delhi, and Maharashtra.Role: India Head – End-to-End OperationsI lead India operations, overseeing sourcing, production, quality control, logistics, HR, finance, and administration, ensuring alignment with global standards and close coordination with the Italian HQ.Key Responsibilities: • Vendor & Product Management: Identify reliable vendors based on quality and capacity. Oversee product development and sampling aligned with design and technical inputs from Italy. • Production Oversight: Plan and monitor production schedules across hubs, ensuring delivery as per T&A calendar through regular factory visits. • Quality Assurance: Implement AQL-based inspections and lab tests (e.g, GSM, shrinkage). Drive timely corrective actions for consistency. • Costing & Negotiation: Optimize product cost while maintaining quality. Handle vendor negotiations for best value. • Logistics & Documentation: Manage shipments and compliance, coordinating with freight partners for on-time delivery. • Office & Financial Management: Supervise HR, training, administration, budgeting, and statutory compliance in sync with Italian finance. • Leadership & Communication: Act as the key liaison between India and Italy, streamlining operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring timely, quality delivery.
