Key Responsibilities:•Manage customer master data across multiple CRM platforms including SAP CRM, ECC, Microsoft Dynamics, Profisee, Lektronix, and PRM, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and hygiene of data.•Act as the Regional SPOC for Latin America, while also providing operational support to EMEA, North America, and APAC regions.•Ensure customer data integrity to support accurate invoicing and billing processes across global operations.•Perform regular data cleansing, validation, and updates to maintain high-quality customer records in compliance with data governance standards.•Handle day-to-day operational tasks, resolving data-related queries within defined Service Level Agreements and maintaining high service delivery standards.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Credit, Compliance and Customer Support to address and resolve master data discrepancies.•Provide continuous support for process improvements to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.Key Achievements:•Successfully maintaining SLA adherence while managing high-volume customer data requests across multiple global regions.•Playing a key role in improving the quality and reliability of customer master data, contributing to reduced billing errors and enhanced operational performance.•Recognised as a reliable point of contact for Latin America, supporting smooth and efficient regional operations.
