As an IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action) Lead at lululemon, I help build work environments that foster learning, inclusion, and belonging. I partner with various teams and stakeholders across the organization to design and implement strategies, programs, and initiatives that promote a culture of respect, equity, and empowerment. I have a Master\'s degree in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where I learned how to apply creative and collaborative solutions to complex social challenges. Prior to joining lululemon, I worked as a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program Manager for LinkedIn in the APAC region, where I supported the development and execution of DIB programs and events for over employees. I also have experience in project management, consulting, and creative strategy for various organizations in the international trade and development industry. Some of my core competencies include leadership development, communication, teamwork, and gamification. I am passionate about creating positive social impact and empowering others to unleash their potential. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities to grow and contribute to the world.
