I had the opportunity to lead the full-cycle implementation of the SOVOS GTD Cloud solution, streamlining Sales and P2P tax compliance across SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. Collaborating with Finance, Tax, Procurement, and Technology teams, I bridged critical process gaps and integrated exemption certificate data from legacy systems. I resolved issues across OMS and POS systems to support audit-ready compliance. I drove automation of indirect tax workflows across platforms, including ReadSoft, Paymetric, GKPOS, and Mosaic, reducing audit risk and increasing accuracy. Additionally, I modernized the tax technology stack by migrating from a legacy certification tool to GTD, standardized global tax architecture, and delivered a seamless go-live through data and PO cutovers.
