Receives and reviews high urgent and emergency notification work requests from the requesting departments of the areas to which is assigned and converts to work orders.• Plan activities associated with planned plant outages to provide for maximum use of available resources and recommend the need for an aid in securing the scheduling of outside resources on an as needed basis.• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance performance reports and monitors work order backlogs. Prepares a shift schedule, a manpower list, and a material list.• Coordinate routine meetings with maintenance and operation department forward upcoming and shutdown schedule.• Prepares a shutdown list as per site conditions and coordinates with operations to finalize the shutdown list and coordinate to arrange mobile equipment, workforce availability, and spares for shutdown activity.• Creates work request, work order, follow up work order and closing work order daily.• Collecting technical data from site for all equipment’s Collecting data sheets and drawing from the Maaden technical library (Oracle, Pilog, Aconex)• Creating a purchase material item code for the critical and preparing a purchase code description with a technical specification.• Working on the capital budget (identification of critical items) and attending budget consumption meetings with the manager• Raising purchase requests based on criticality and technical conservation between the supplier and me for the purchased items.• Checking On-Hand quantity stock availability in warehouse and Oracle• Checking BOM if it is uploaded in oracle or not for all equipment. Review and prepare of BOM list each equipment.• Inspection of receiving material from warehouse• To maintain critical spare areas and updating and tracking of all consumable & spares with SP team.• Set Min-Max for the spare parts of each equipment.
