   Led bench characterization of Base Band Receiver (BBRx) circuit consist of 1st and 3rd order LPF followed by 2, 3 & 4 level Sigma Delta ADC. • Led the bench characterization of a 12 bit successive approximation ADC. • Performed the bench characterization of Wideband Audio CODEC circuit consist of CODEC consists of Tx, Rx, AuxPGA, Active Noise Cancellation & Side-Tone. • Worked on wafer sort multi dut test solution (8X, 12X) correlation. • Performed bench to ATE correlation for both ATE characterization tet program as well as production test program. • Worked on specifications compliance matrix generation. Created a test matrix which covers tests of all circuit block of a mixed signal IC. It defines all test parameter, specifications, test condition, expacted output, test coverage & measured value. This document was used by both bench & ATE test engineers to cteate test program. • Worked on production test list reduction to achieve TTR. Downloaded and summarized production data for a big sample size, summarized the data with DPM, Test Time & Test Instances. Shared the analysis with design engineer, system engineer & test engineer and decided to remove few tests from production test flow based on DPM, circuit knowledge & alternate test coverage. • Worked with Failure Analysis (FA) engineers on root-cause analysis/circuit debug by using Curve Tracing, SEM, SAM, X-ray, Hot-Spot detection (liquid-crystal), FIB, and -probe experiments. • Performed characterization and shmoo analysis across process splits, temp, volts, and frequencies to find the passing range of a parameter. • Worked on GRR to find out the production test program stability. • Worked on new FAB qualification for the sustaining product. • Worked on new test house & tester correlation. • Responsible for releasing products to production ramp after successful completion of characterization, qualification, validation, and documentation processes.
