Served on board Guided Missile Destroyer - USS Arleigh Burke (DDG-51) and Multipurpose Amphibious Assault Ship - USS WASP (LHD-1). Following his sea tour, Commander (CDR) Amiral served as an Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of a Reserve Battalion, an Engineering Unit focused on disaster recovery support, contingency Public Works operations at Forward Operating Bases, responsible for administration, operations readiness, logistics, training, legal, safety and individual development of nearly 200 personnel, participated in relief logistics planning for SOUTHCOM AOR ISO CONTINUING PROMISE 10 and Operation UNIFIED RESPONSE. Later, CDR Amiral was assigned to U.S. Joint Staff and cross assigned to U.S. Africa Command, as a Surface Branch Chief - Intelligence Officer. During this assignment CDR Amiral served as a Lead Officer / Liaison at NATO Training Mission Afghanistan, leading the training of over 500 Afghan Police Recruits, where he was recognized by the President Karzai of Afghanistan and received Afghanistan Police Medal of Honor. CDR Amiral\'s next tour was at the Pentagon, serving as a Joint Strike Fighter (F-35) International Directorate Chief of Staff. In March 2016 CDR Amiral was assigned as the Director of JVB at the Aegis Ashore - Ballistic Missile Defense Site in Romania. Amiral led the preparations for Opening Ceremony of the Aegis Ashore facility, attended by NATO Secretary General, Romanian Prime Minister, U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense and more than 200 other highest level government officials and Industry leaders from NATO countries. CDR Amiral was recognized by the Secretary of the Navy for his leadership in performing duties in Romania. Currently, CDR Amiral serves as the Deputy Plans Director at Combined Maritime Forces, a multinational coalition of 45 countries headquartered in Bahrain.
