About Naima-Gianquinto
I spend my days inside one of the world\'s largest financial institutions helping teams make sense of complex governance frameworks, consent order requirements, and enterprise architecture standards that most people find overwhelming. My job is to make that work accessible — through clear process design, stakeholder enablement, and the kind of training that actually changes how people operate day to day. With 20+ years in regulated financial environments, I\'ve built a reputation for being the person who bridges the gap between what compliance requires and what teams can realistically execute. That means supporting OCC consent order, risk and control programs, driving enterprise adoption across Lines of Business, and making sure the architecture work we do holds up under regulatory scrutiny. But the work I\'m most proud of lives outside the bank.Through Align Family Organization, I bring that same clarity to families who never had access to it — helping them align their finances, strengthen their credit, plan for the future, and build something they can pass down. Financial systems aren\'t complicated because they have to be. They\'re complicated because nobody ever sat down and explained them in a way that made sense for real life. That\'s the gap I\'m committed to closing. If you\'re working at the intersection of governance, business architecture, or financial empowerment — or if you just believe that the skills we build in corporate America should find their way back into our communities — I\'d love to connect.
Experience
SVP Enterprise Business Architect
May 2022 — Present · Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, US
Senior Vice President | Enterprise Business Architect at Citigroup, focused on governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-wide enablement. I support OCC consent order programs and lead adoption of Citi\'s Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM) across Lines of Business bridging the gap between what regulators require and what business teams can execute.Day to day that means shaping governance frameworks, facilitating cross-LOB working sessions, building stakeholder relationships at every level, and producing the kind of clear reporting that gives senior leadership real visibility into where things stand. The work is technical, but the skill that matters most is making it understandable to the people responsible for carrying it out.
