As a Brooklyn-based independent writer and documentary photographer, I use images and written commentary to assemble photo-essay, photojournalistic and short creative nonfiction content, including microfiction. My coverage includes environmental portraiture, documentary, street, fine art and landscape photography. I\'m currently focusing on short photo-documentary projects and travel writing based on the intersection of people and animals within natural environments, with particular focus on coastal regions. I am a member of the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA) and uphold the NPPA code of conduct for visual journalists.My writing and photo credits include publication in internationally recognized and award winning media including: The Times of Malta, The Caravan, PhotojournalismHub, The Pictorial List, Wanderlust Travel Magazine, GoNomad Travel Magazine, Black and White Magazine, Corbeaux Magazine and digital travel media for Cuba, the Azores, Malta and Gozo.
