As the HR Mobility Manager for the DACH region at Deel, I lead the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of immigration and global mobility programs across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. My role focuses on enabling smooth, compliant, and efficient international relocations and assignments—ensuring that expatriates and foreign talent are seamlessly integrated into Deel’s and our clients’ global operations.Key responsibilities include: • Immigration & Compliance Leadership: I monitor and interpret evolving immigration legislation within the DACH region to proactively ensure compliance for Deel and its clients. This includes adjusting internal policies and workflows in alignment with legal updates. • Process Optimization & Policy Implementation: I streamline mobility processes to reduce friction for relocating employees, balancing regulatory requirements with an outstanding employee experience. • Vendor & Partner Management: I coordinate and collaborate with trusted third-party immigration and mobility vendors to ensure timely and accurate case handling, visa processing, and relocation support. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: I work closely with Deel’s legal, HR operations, Product and Customer Success teams to deliver scalable and compliant mobility solutions tailored to client needs. • Client Advisory & Risk Mitigation: I advise Deel clients on mobility strategies, risk exposure, and best practices related to cross-border employment, immigration, and local labor law compliance.With a global mindset and a deep understanding of regional immigration frameworks, I act as a bridge between local legal nuances and global business strategy—helping scale teams internationally while protecting the integrity of immigration practices and employee well-being.
