I was brought on originally as a NBA Finals associate for the Pacers\' run in the Finals. I then was promoted to a regular associate within the company. This allowed for me to talk about sports with customers, persuade them to get certain styles, and just reflect on gameplay as it is. This led to me applying these same tactics into how I work with my team as we got rushed during game days and even after games were finished.

My name is Nailah Woods, I come from Indianapolis, Indiana. I have been behind a camera since I can remember but started taking it seriously my Freshmen year in high school. I ran media coverage for my school for four years for football and boys basketball. This allowed me to have success when it comes to interaction within sports and learning the behind the scenes of intro-photography and videography. Capturing a story through mixtapes and photos that I edit has became the main focus of my work. Becoming a three time state champion with my sports teams in high school fueled this urge of telling the behind my scenes stories, as I was apart of something most people don\'t get to experience. This led to me hosting my first media day at the age of 17, doing my first big wedding at 18, and many more opportunities to come. My goal is to work within broadcasting,photography, and social media at the bigger level in order to highlight stories through my work. My skills are versatile in being very adaptive, making story boards come true, and even being creative.
