I’m a curious, detail-oriented professional who’s worn a few different hats—some technical, some operational, and all of them a little outside the box. Whether supporting a digital mortgage platform or managing high-volume production workflows, I’ve learned that clear communication, structured thinking, and staying calm under pressure go a long way. Along the way, I’ve also discovered a love for data, process improvement, and figuring things out—even when I have to Google the first 10 steps.
