Ensure detailed Post Mortem reviews with Dev team partners and log follow up actions in ServiceNow/ServiceFirst for Problem Management • Engage with project teams through the SDLC of new applications to ensure successful onboarding into Production Management • Participate in weekend activities such as disaster recovery testing and application releases • I have experience working with a variety of platforms, including Windows, UNIX/Linux • I understand the principles of ITIL and can use them to effectively protect and govern our production environment • I acted as regional escalation point of contact for US region • I take ownership of major production incidents, working closely with other technology teams in order to resolve business-impacting issues
