As an HR Executive at ESM Manpower Agency, I am responsible for a wide range of duties related to both operations and recruitment. Since joining the team in July 2021, I have been working remotely to provide support to our clients and ensure that our recruitment processes are efficient and effective.One of my key responsibilities is to assist the MD in planning the manpower requirements for our clients on a monthly basis. This involves analyzing client needs and developing targeted recruitment strategies to ensure that we can source the right candidates for the job. By taking a proactive approach to our recruitment processes, I have been able to help our clients build their teams quickly and efficiently.In addition to this, I am responsible for handling all aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews with clients, conducting interviews via phone and direct methods, and creating the necessary joining documents for new employees.
