Responsible for providing digital implementation expertise to support local strategic marketing of a diverse portfolio of products, enable growth acceleration and further enhance customer (HCP) experiences by enabling and optimizing Omni-channel presence. Key Achievements- Decommissioning and launching new systems – The Clinic Locator with a brand-new criteria based on Compliance requirements- Optimising and enhancing systems and processes; allowing for a robust database led by a task force formulated by finding key people that have a vested interest in this goal. Bonus: A truly cross-functional activity with effort and rewards in multiple separate teams- A truly enjoyable challenge: Data, Systems and Websites with ambiguous governance and ruling teams – bringing together relevant parties (once identified) with opposing requirements. It\'s all about Data and Digital. Without the data, digital initiatives remain limited. I like to break those limits and reach new highs.
