ABOUT NAHEED KHAN

I’m a Business Development Manager at Clean Cells, covering the UK & Ireland, where I work closely with biotech, CDMOs, and pharma companies developing advanced therapies.My focus is on helping teams navigate the complex path from early development through to manufacturing by supporting them with cell and viral biosafety testing, as well as cell bank and viral seed stock manufacturing. I spend a lot of my time understanding how programmes are structured, identifying potential risks early, and aligning the right testing and manufacturing strategies to support regulatory expectations and timelines.I come from a scientific background, but what drives me is bridging the gap between technical teams and commercial strategy - making sure solutions are not just scientifically sound, but also practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals.I’m particularly interested in cell and gene therapy, and I’m continuously building my technical understanding in this space to better support meaningful, long-term partnerships. I enjoy working closely with clients, not just as a service provider, but as a collaborator who can add value across multiple stages of development.Always open to connecting with teams working on innovative therapies or exploring new ways to strengthen their development and manufacturing strategy.
