I am a senior engineering leader with a proven track record of incubating and building high quality, enterprise grade, large-scale cloud services and software products. I am passionate about growing leaders and empowering teams with a strong focus on Allyship and creating an inclusive culture.Currently, I am the Engineering Director for Microsoft Azure Migration, Modernization and several Management Services like Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Automation, Azure Update Management Center, Azure Arc for Private Cloud, SCOM Managed Instance and System Center, which are part of Azure Compute and I lead the complete engineering for these areas end to end from Microsoft India Development Center. I have been part of incubating multiple of these services and products from inception to now one of the most widely adopted Azure services fully developed and driven primarily from India Development Center. Outside of technology, I am extremely passionate about Management excellence, D&I, driving culture, creating a fun work place and play a leadership role in various bodies driving these in Microsoft India.I\'ve been with Microsoft all through the course of my career. I joined Microsoft\'s Redmond office as a campus hire (from University of Minnesota) in 2002 with the Biztalk Server Team and after having worked for 7 years in Redmond, I relocated to Microsoft, India in April 09. Have been in the enterprise domain for all my career and working on Azure and various cloud services since past 13 years.Outside of work, I am a true Jack of All trades, master of none and dabbled in almost everything including Dancing, Singing, event organizing/hosting, several Sports, painting, cooking, travelling etc and use these diverse set of interests to connect with people at all levels.

   Director of Engineering for several critical Azure migration, modernization and management services in Microsoft India Development Center. These are part of Azure Compute organization and I own the complete engineering for these areas end to end from IDC. We are responsible for driving the overall migration and modernization scenarios for Azure. We also own multiple large scale Azure management services and complete business for Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Automation, Azure Update Management as well as Hybrid Cloud Management products and services like System Center, SCOM Managed Instance and Arc for Private Cloud.
