ABOUT NAGARAJAN NAGS P.
Most Salesforce implementations don\'t fail because of bad code. They fail because nobody in the room was thinking like an architect.I\'ve spent over a decade designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, the kind where a wrong decision at the architecture layer costs companies months of rework, millions in budget overrun, and the trust of every stakeholder in the room. That experience taught me something uncomfortable: technical depth alone doesn\'t protect you. Architectural thinking does. And it\'s the rarest skill in the entire Salesforce ecosystem. What I do professionally:I work at the intersection of enterprise technology strategy and Salesforce architecture — designing scalable, secure, integrated solutions for complex organisations. My work spans integration architecture, data strategy, security design, and the governance frameworks that keep large Salesforce implementations from collapsing under their own weight.I hold both the Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect credentials — the two certifications that form the foundation of the CTA pathway and the hardest earned designations in the Salesforce ecosystem. What I\'m building beyond my day job:India has 3.9 million Salesforce Trailblazers. It has almost no structured pathway to becoming a certified architect — taught by someone who has actually done it.I\'m fixing that.I run a cohort-based architect training program that takes experienced Salesforce professionals through both the Application Architect and System Architect certification path — live, structured, and taught from real enterprise experience, not documentation.Every architect I help certify is one more person who can walk into a room and make the right call at the architecture layer. That\'s the pipeline I\'m building.Where I\'m headed:My work as an architect and as an educator is pointed at the same destination — leading technology at the organisational level. The decisions that interest me most are not platform decisions. They\'re the ones that determine how technology creates or destroys business value at scale. That\'s the CTO conversation. I\'m building toward it deliberately. If you\'re a Salesforce professional targeting your Application Architect or System Architect certification, follow me. I post about architecture decisions, exam strategy, and career progression every week.If you\'re a technology leader looking for someone who thinks in systems, builds teams, and has a track record of delivering at enterprise scale, let\'s connect
