As an IT Supervisor, I bring a strong background in infrastructure, technical support, and IT operations within industrial and field-based environments. I’ve led technology transitions, managed IT projects, and overseen helpdesk operations, while also driving system deployments, user data migrations, and improvements to onboarding processes that enhance efficiency across the business.While I’ve gained broad operational experience, my exposure to dedicated cybersecurity functions has been limited due to the structure of my current role. I’m actively looking to expand in that area and grow into opportunities where I can deepen my security knowledge and contribute more directly to that space. I hold CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications and am focused on continuing to build on that foundation.I’m currently exploring new opportunities where I can bring hands-on leadership, strengthen IT operations, and continue growing—particularly in environments that value both operational excellence and ongoing development

   I played a key role in the successful technology transition from Merichem Company to Merichem Technologies. This included leading the migration of the phone system from RingCentral to Microsoft Teams across all locations. I managed and supervised various IT projects, such as upgrading laptops and phone systems, installing cameras, and improving network and power infrastructure. Additionally, I oversaw the resolution of all helpdesk issues, which included configuring and deploying computer systems. I directed the IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for all staff. I supervised the company-wide rollout of Windows 11, ensuring timely updates were applied to over 150 employees\' and consultants\' devices. I was also responsible for managing the creation and maintenance of backups for lab machines and servers. To ensure smooth IT operations, I developed and maintained comprehensive documentation for the installation of third-party software, phone systems, network configurations, and infrastructure.I created and maintained an inventory for desktops, laptops, and printers, which was hosted in SharePoint. In addition to these tasks, I supported IT contract management activities and led the implementation and deployment of new printers across all locations. I was responsible for overseeing the IT budget and managing all IT-related purchases. Lastly, I served as the Office365 administrator, ensuring efficient management of the platform for the company.
