The Digital Hub Products delivered include 1) Web Portals, Mobile Applications and IOT devices with REST services towards Member Experience Enhancement - Insurance Membership, Annual Enrollment and Claims Management for Individuals, Large Groups, National Accounts, Medicare, Medicaid and Government businesses for members 2) Insurance Products and Benefits Management - Medical Products, Insurance Benefits management for Medical, Dental, Vision and Specialty products 3) Partner, Vendor Integration and Co-ordination process Simplification towards Medical Providers, Broker, Marketing and Sales Integration and management 4) Member and Non-member Individual Rights and Compliance Management Systems, products towards - Individual Rights and Member Consent Management - Member Communication and Contact Preferences Management 5) Process Simplification, Consumer Analytics and Consumer insights towards member outreach for the Marketing team to introduce new customized specialized products towards better value add for customer. Used the following Data structuring, Data organization and Technologies: Google Big Data, Oracle Big Data, Hadoop, Spark, Scala, HIVE, Mongo Db, REST API, micro services, Apigee, Docker, Splunk, Tableau, Lamda architecture, AWS Cloud Readiness, Alexa Development Kit, Informatica ETL, IBM MDM, Kafka. Championed Agile Process to setup governance structure and form 7 agile scrum teams for effective product backlog management.
