Liaising with the stakeholders to assess the requirement based in the business process analysis (As-Is, To-Be) & providing the optimum automation solutions Leading the Devops team over different regions from UK, India and Honkong Responsible for implementation of microservices architectural containerized applications over Kubenetes platform using CICD pipelines using jenkins Creating, monitoring and changing the containers by writing Docker files and uploading them to Docker registry by versioning the Docker containers Implementing best practices and streamline process in the areas of VCS (Version Control System) and automated deployments (Release and Deployment process) using branching strategies for various environments (DEV,SIT,UAT and PROD) and make sure that the developers adhere the same. Supporting as acting Scrum master to different squads by involving into daily standup calls and maintaining the JIRA boards Regardig Observability creating Grafana Dashboards and setting up alerts. Creating alerts at prometheus alertmanager and configuring notifications for emails. Configured Spluk alerts too to get xmatter calls and email notifications.Responsible for Infrastructure management for Devops pod including provisioning, RHEL upgrades, ORA patch upgrades, vulnerability scaning and fixes for allow hassle-free Infra auditing. Automated all of these regular tasks for prod and non-prod to reduce time consumption. Leading Build & Release activities and troubleshooting the issue if any in non-prod environment and prod environment Responsible for Change/Incident/Problem/Release Management in Agile. Fine tuning the K8S environment using HPA and Auto rollbacks on failures while doing deployments Interacting with different Banking application teams and automating as per devops practices as per application functionality
