WMS implementation & FIFO adherence Maintained sanitation & hygiene of WH Account reconciliation Chief tasks handled Managing In plant Warehouse of SQFT ( SQFT (Inbound, Outbound Finished Goods) Primary warehouse Operations & SQFT ( Raw Material & Packaging Material warehouse with 90 manpower for (Kellogg India PVT LTD Taloja) – Navi Mumbai. Responsible for organizing the storage, distribution of goods and ensuring the right products are delivered to the right location on time. Lead the team to achieve the warehouse KPI goals. Ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities. Ensuring proper handling of materials to ensure more safety and less handling losses of material. Ensures the highest degree of efficiency is maintained at all times. Keeping track of expired material for revalidation or scrapping. Supervises and monitors the performance of employees to ensure standard practices (SOP) and proper care of using the equipment, materials and supplies in the warehouse Supervise the distribution flow, and the transportation activities. Provide on-the-job training to warehouse staff. Perform inventory reconciliation on stock discrepancy.Manage inventory accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly inventory reconciliation, inventory analysis and related reports.
