Leverage SIEM tools like Sentinel, Microsoft 365 Defender and Microsoft Defender for Identity to analyze any incident occurs in the environment. Understand, analyze noisy events around environment and report to mitigate/reduce to enhance environment performance. Analyze malware events triggered by EDR and verify the auto response. Take further actions if required to contain the malware. Ensure each ticket is analyzed, addressed within defined SLA. Preparing knowledge base for all the incidents, change and problems resolved. Preparing SOP (Standard Operations Procedures) and sharing it with customer and internal teams for resolving the issues. Be up to date in current security events, breaches, and threat intel’s.
