   Roles & Responsibilities:• Understanding the consultants’ technologies and skill sets.• Submitting them to matching requirements.• Searching for requirements from Vendors and Job Boards (Dice, Monster, Computer Jobs etc,)• Submitting the resumes to vendors with proper information (Full Name, Contact Number, E-Mail ID, Availability, Rate, Experience, Employer Details if H1 or Corp-to-Corp etc.) about the consultant. • Getting updates from the vendors for the submitted consultants till the closure. • Getting the requirements and resumes from internal databases, free data Banks and References and maintaining the resume databank according to the skills set as per management instructions.• Maintaining good and healthy relationships with Account Managers, Vendors, Consultants and Our Clients. • Checking and negotiating salary/hourly rates with co-vendors or consultants on C2C, W2 or 1099 basis. • Maintaining resumes database. • Rearranging/modifying resume if necessary.• Involved in executing the initial vendor/ master agreements between the companies.• US Job boards: Dice, Indeed, TechFetch, Career Builder and Monster.
