Testing & Audits: Ensure hydrostatic pressure tests are conducted for air vessels, compressors, and fire extinguishers; ensure rack stability testing and structural audits are performed. Fire Safety Systems Monitoring: Monitor and ensure the functionality of fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, and fire detection systems to safeguard facilities. Incident Investigation & Reporting: Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Safety Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and safety induction sessions for employees and contractors. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE laws and standards, maintaining regulatory adherence. Emergency Preparedness & Response: Establish and implement emergency response plans, fire safety protocols, and first-aid measures. Site Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and compliance checks to identify and rectify unsafe conditions. Contractor & Subcontractor Safety Management: Ensure all contractors follow HSE guidelines, permit-to-work systems, and safety regulations. Environmental Management: Oversee waste management, pollution control, and environmental protection initiatives at the site.
