Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of residential and commercial network infrastructure. Monitored network performance using network monitoring tools to ensure integrity and availability. Hands on Experience with handling Sev 1 to Sev 4 cases and closing them within SLA. Configured Static NAT, dynamic NAT and PAT on ASA firewall. Configuration of SSH on all network routers and switches for secure management purposes. Experience in working with hitless process for augmenting the links from multiple 10G ECMP links to a 100G Bundle interface. Advanced knowledge of OSI model, TCP/IP, Internet technologies, system security, firewall. infrastructure, network architecture and Cisco network routing / switching (Layer 2 and 3) experience, including LAN and WAN, design and implementation. Extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting of routing protocols OSPF, IS-IS, BGP and MPLS.
