I am a seasoned professional with over 13 years of diverse experience in Customer Support, Accounts Receivable, Senior Accounts Receivable, Team Coaching, Training, Subject Matter Expertise (SME), and roles involving the management of client services. My expertise also extends to Business Consultancy and Project Leadership.Throughout my career, I have played a pivotal role in leading Business Analysis activities for various industries, including Banking, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Shipping & Logistics. I specialize in identifying business processes for automation, creating business cases, defining and documenting business requirements, participating in solution design workshops, and contributing to successful project implementations for clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE.My skills include extensive experience in building Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as UiPath, MS Power Automate, Blue Prism, and DevOps. I am proficient in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and have a strong background in agile development environments, including Test-Driven Development (TDD).With hands-on experience in creating Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD), I have managed projects individually, covering front-end user interface design, back-end relational database design development, and testing.I have a proven track record of developing reports and advices using Jasper Tools for various purposes such as daily loan account master, feed for non-performing assets (NPA), packages loan statements, fees and charges advices, and more.As a Subject Matter Expert, I played a key role in the SRGA (Southern Regional Medical Centre-Georgia State) project, working on EPIC and Meditech Software\'s. I have also excelled in training programs, taking care of on-the-job training for batches of 32 and overseeing projects with FTEs.My expertise extends to the dental process, where I specialized in dental eligibility and benefits.
