ABOUT NAGARJUN AVARADDY

As a software engineer at Nalu Medical, Inc, I design and develop cloud storage solutions for medical device data, enabling enhanced visibility into product usage and business performance. I also build backend solutions for internal android applications to automate and optimize business functions ranging from product sales to patient and inventory management.I have a Master of Science in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara, where I was a researcher at the Adaptive Computing Lab, working on a homegrown runtime system for IoT-focused application development. I also have a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from National Institute of Technology Karnataka. I have over three years of professional experience as a software intern at Meta Platforms and a senior software engineer at Samsung Research Institute, where I improved the onboarding experience for a data sync and storage framework, implemented a MQTT-based edge computing solution, and mentored product teams and research interns. I have proficient skills in Python, C, C# and IoT communication protocols, and I am passionate about server-side architecture, event-driven programming, edge and cloud computing.
