Design and Development of LV & HV Harness for the new program vehicles ( E1- Program)• Design and development of the Vehicle schematic for both LV & HV as per schedule.• HV Connector selection based on HVIL configuration, shielding strategy & HV Architecture etc.• Providing manufacturing support to ensure smooth proto build process• Responsible for Fusing strategy definition, Calculation & Simulation• Support to develop PDU Design concept with 3D Engineers for HV applications and finalize the same• Integrate with harness Manufacturer, Component Manufacturer to convey the inputs requirements and get it the updated products from the supplier• Responsible for releasing the LV & HV harnesses into the system using PLM• EDS Component library creation for the new connectors and its accessories and also clean up the existing component Library to align with the latest standards in Vesys 2.0• Working closely with CAD team to ensure the effective Harness routing and implement the cost effective harness release
