About Nagaraj Narayana
Energetic, result oriented seasoned program director with 22+ years of experience in software product and system development. Have good experience in building and leading successf teams (as big as 80+). In my current role I have successfully established project centric organization for Advance Network division of Bosch mobility solutions.Started my career at National Aerospace Laboratories Bengaluru as a trainee engineer during Joined Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Bengaluru during Jan 2001. Started as an embedded developer at Bosch, worked in different roles (offshore and international) for safety critical product Airbags between 2001 to 2013. Lead SW development and system testing group for 4 years in airbags business unit before moving to Security systems, professional audio and video systems (now called building technologies) division.At present i am leading a department of 80* engineers (embedded, System Engineering, HW Engineering and program managers) developing SW and complete system (HW, Mech and SW) for Advanced Network (automotive) division of Bosxh mobility solutions. Prior to this role I was leading a group of 50 engineers responsible for SW development for Public Address, Professional Audio, Conferencing, Intercoms and intrusion systems product lines. These are professional systems installed in sophisticated buildings like Airports, railway stations, TV broadcasters, parliament houses (Indian parliament has our systems) and so on. In this role I have successfully built a team for localization of communication systems product line for India market.I provide leadership through- Thought coaching, mentoring, customer engagement, partnership management, new business opportunity scouting in existing accounts, leading proposal preparation for new acquisitions- Indtitutionalising state of the art engineering practices for successful project execution- Defining and implementing associate engagement programs, creating a conducive Win Win situation. Upskilling/skill transformation- I love to challenge status quoI completed my Executive General Management Program from IIM-B during 2015
