Responsible for full life–cycle recruitment. Short-listing, Screening and Validating Candidates (Mass Recruitment). Co-ordination with the clients for Interview process and scheduling Interviews of short-listed candidates with the Clients. Direct interaction with Clients regarding recruitment. Making the appointment letters and generates the EMP Code of recruited candidates from my HRMIS Software and Taking care of the other joining formalities for the candidates. Generation and issuing appointment letters to the selected candidates of Business wise on daily basis. Hand holding of candidates, taking approval from client, and follow up till the candidates joins. Maintenance of employee record files of all employees. Giving feedbacks to candidates and also motivating them by giving proper training by understanding their mind set And performances. Co-ordination with institution tie-ups and campus activities for recruitment. Completing the joining formalities of the candidates recruited and handling queries of the employees. Sourcing of candidates through In-house database, Head hunting, Internet Sites likenoukri.com, times Jobs, referrals and short-listing candidates as per requirement. Recruitment related activities like having the advertisements released, Conducting Walkins, College visit for Campus etc. and arranging for the interview of the candidates required in the Company. Maintaining data base of the entire candidates i.e, updating the databank with the resumes and documents all Processes related to recruitment on daily basis.
