Additionally, I work on execution of ICA execution to make sure there are no ICA misses for GE9X program.NPI ProgramsPerformed LSDYNA simulations in supporting for HF120 Fan blade out analysis, bird strike, ice shredding & Vibrator Endurance test for the rub tolerance fan case design.Lead Passport20 Fan blade out program providing pre-test predictions for the rig tests. These efforts helped to accurately predict the dynamics behavior of the test rig and to certify the engine.The capability of Spinner cone under Medium (2.5lb) and large bird (4lb) strike were studied & design changes were incorporated at design phase. GE9X: Fan blade out rig Finite analysis in accurately predicting primary unbalance and blade breakup.
