In House recruitment:•Responsible for managing recruitment activities for the group including Sourcing talent through database, referrals, job portals and social networking sites, Interview Coordination, Offer Management, Reference Check and Candidate Pipeline management. •Key stakeholder in providing inputs for customization of Recruitment module in SAP Success Factors based on the current recruitment practices of the group. On boarding Activities:•Coordination of Day 1 New Hire On Boarding and ensuring completion of requisite documentation and assignment of work tools for the new joiners.MIS:•Responsible for updating employee information in the company intranet and providing timely data to the Risk Management team for employee group insurance coverage. •Responsible for creating master database of over 500 employees for migration to SAP Success Factors.
